Please set to planogram and as you encounter any issues, such as product not fitting as planned (facings adjustments), new items missing, new tags missing, or anything that might have slowed down the process of completing the task, use the below text box to compile these notes.

Important: if you are working with a Serv-U team member who is submitting the task responses, you can write in the notes “Capturing time only,” with the name of the reset, and skip the next section.

When you have successfully finished the reset, please answer the following questions so I can submit the SubItUp task. This is only if you did the reset alone and do not have access to SubItUp. If the reset cannot be completed, the Serv-U employee with SubItUp can either submit it as incomplete with the reason why, or communicate to a Serv-U manager so he can submit it as incomplete.
