As you break down the pallets, build a priority cart and communicate with the store manager the lows and outs that were filled so he can update the list on the Lows and Outs page.

Kellanova – Serv-U Distributed Items

Below are a list of the items that Serv-U-Success now distributes for Kellanova. The short version is that we have taken over distribution of Kellanova crackers, including Cheez-its, Townhouse, Club, Carrs and Austins, and this will be a heavy focus during holiday season. It will benefit our sales, but it is also now factored into our OSA, so as we face and fill, keep an eye on these items!

A 100% five days into the week is worthy of a standing ovation! While I would love to finish the week with a 100%, even if we fall short, I am still pleased to have made it this far.

Our OSA for the quarter continues to climb, as we have not had a single out of stock since last Saturday!

OSA Bowling Scorecard

Now THAT’s how you finish a bowling game! Five consecutive strikes, resulting in our best score ever, with 178! While that would fall short of the 200 that equals 20 dollars for each team member, the turkey and the additional two strikes certainly earned another 10 dollars. 25 dollar gift cards for every pod 17 team member who worked between 3/8 and 3/19! Congrats on a job well done!

How To Play
  • Every .40 percent above 96 is equal to 1 pin
  • A 100% day counts as a strike
  • Spares can be achieved if the item is on the lows and outs list and shows 0 on hand or if the shopper is at fault (on shelf but marked as OOS)
Rules
  • If the score drops under 96%, every .4 percentage below will deduct one pin from the previous frame or future frames when score is at 0; game is on hold until above 96%
  • Speed is key: filling faster can prevent misses (make a list and fill or adjust BOHs at the end of each aisle faced)
  • Goal is to promote urgency and prioritization and emphasize communication/utilization of this website

Rewards for Score Benchmarks

(1 Dollar for every 10 points)

  • 100 = 10 Dollars
  • 150 = 15 Dollars
  • 200 = 20 Dollars
  • 250 = 25 Dollars
  • 300 = TBD (Momentous Reward!)
