Highlights of the Week!

Year In Review – A Look Back at 2025
Congratulations team on a successful 2025! We have a lot to be proud of and the numbers to back up our performance! Thank you everyone for your roles in reaching these heights. Here are a few of our accomplishments:
- We had two quarters of 100% project completion percentage, and only one miss over the course of 9 months. Three quarters with 1 miss is an impressive accomplishment, especially since we also have Fresh Thyme and many stores don’t.


- We were number two for project completion percentage within the ENTIRE COMPANY in 2025!!

- We also managed to only have one missed display for the entire year, and that was a Keebler cookie half pallet we never received. Outside of that, we managed to build every planned and flex display for 11 of the 12 months and had three 100% quarters!

- For the year we finished above 97% OSA, which will be especially important now that the new benchmark is 96 instead of 95, and I like to keep a 1% cushion.

- Of the 52 weeks for Fiscal Year 2025, we dropped below OSA expectation ONCE! We maintained an OSA above 95% consistently, with mostly 96% or above and a few 99% weeks!
Looking Ahead to 2026
The new goal for OSA is 96%, so we should be aiming for 97% or above as much as possible, mainly because we need the cushion but also because we proved we can and our goal should always be upward not backwards. Other goals include a 100% project completion percentage for the entirety of 2026, which we can accomplish as we proved we can do it twice and nearly managed three quarters of 100%! I will also aim to empower everyone to have the knowledge and training to do the best work they can so we can succeed as a team! I appreciate this group and I know we can only get better!
