Highlights of the Week!

Last Week In Store 298 (And A Look Back at Q3)

Congratulations team! We exceeded the goal I had set for us. Not only did we finish with an OSA above 97% for the quarter, but we achieved .33% above that number. Not only did we pass store 300 to enter the top 3 stores for the quarter, but we leap frogged store 239 to finish at number 2! A top 2 store in a region of 27 stores is something to celebrate!

For the week, we finished with a 98.38, which was good for third (store 3304 took first place), but I am most impressed with the achievement of three 98% and above OSA weeks in Period 10! That made for an impressive 148 bowling score and 5 strikes!

And we even finished in first place for P10 with a 98.19%!

For the quarter, we are once again finished in first place! That’s three quarters in a row, which means we have had the top project completion percentage in all of fiscal year 2025 so far! And this was a team effort! Everyone had their role in completing tasks, whether it be in Fresh Thyme (Daniel and Emmi), or HomeStore (Atlas and Javon), or Checklanes (Emmi, Atlas, and Caden), or the weekly services (Caden, Emmi, Atlas). You all did your part and I appreciate your contributions!

For the quarter, we were a top two store in two of our major metrics, and we did it with a labor performance above 100% for the first time in my time here! That means we were able to hit our goals while staying within our budget. We also accomplished this while hitting the case rate goal!

I am so proud of this team and excited for the continued success! Every member of this team is valuable to our success and I appreciate all you do! On to Q4, a very busy season for sure, but I have no doubt that we are up for the challenge!
